Masina's room

Hi, my name is Masina. I’m taking the lease over and need to fill a couple rooms by the end of November. Looking for people willing to stay 6 months or longer but shorter stays are welcome to apply. Location is quiet and safe, with easy access to 205 and i5, 3 minute walk from Luke Jensen Sports Park, and the bus station is within a walkable distance. House is well maintained and the landlord, Jake, is nice and approachable. The rooms for rent are the master bed+bath with a walk in closet available Oct.1st, and a medium size room with a closet that shares a bathroom with me available Nov.1. We are allowed 1 pet (no breed restrictions or fees). My roommate who’s staying till Nov.1st has a cat. The house stayed pretty cool during the summer and is a cozy. There’s a big enough fenced backyard for a dog to go do it’s thing or to host a BBQ.

Things to note: -Rent for the house is $2350 total per month - lease spans a year -Security deposit is $784 -Rent per room is $783 rooms are all roughly the same size -7 day grace period from the 1st for rent as stated in the lease -Late fee for rent is $300 as stated in the lease -Allowed 1 pet with no restrictions no fee as stated in the lease -Easy and quick to move in, landlord doesn’t require a signature or credit check -House is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom +master bath. Plenty of sharable space -Garage is being used mainly for storage but can make room for a car -Additional fridge in garage -Dishwasher -Parking is 2 cars in the driveway but there is more room on the street. -Utilities are not included with rent -Laundry -Heat -LGBTIQA+ friendly -Smoking is allowed outside

I’m quiet, neat, accommodating, and easy going. I’ve lived here for 2-3 months and love the area and the house. I like how I can take a break and walk to 7-11 for some snacks and feel safe. I’m gone at work most of the week from morning until late afternoon. I work for Spectrum in Billing as a lead. In my free time I’m most likely gaming inside my room, working on my art, out with friends, or taking care of things around the house.
