Sully's room

We’re looking for a roommate to take the open (unfurnished) bedroom in our Cap Hill house. Rent is $650/month, and utilities are usually an additional $30-$80. Move-in is September 15. Common spaces in the house include upstairs bathroom (shared among you and two other roommates), furnished living room, kitchen, half-bathroom, laundry room, backyard, and 3 private parking spaces. Pets not allowed unfortunately. The house is a short walk to Cheesman Park, two grocery stores, tons of restaurants and bars, and several bus stops.

We’re three guys in our 20s, LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. We like to cook, play games, and keep the place clean. Mostly quiet and keep to our own spaces, but open to making new friends!
