Nathan's room

Hi there, I have a modest sized house less then 5 minutes from pretty much any essential things(groceries, freeway, Maidu Park, etc..). For those who commute to Sacramento its average 30 minute drive to Sac from here. The room is 13.6 x 10 and currently is not furnished but I do have access to a twin bed mattress and frame, dresser, and very basic desk. Pictures of the furniture can be provided if interested in room being furnished. There are also 2 other closets which can be used for storage and garage as well. Shared bathroom which won’t be a problem on my end as I keep a very clean public space and I expect the same on your end. Basic features of the house outside obvious are bbq, spa, rv/backyard parking(if you have a use for).

The monthly payment includes utilities/internet for a total of 900. I would like to perform a background/credit check so will expect $40 to pay for check(will refund back any amount that isn’t spent for it with receipts for proof).

I have no problem if you use kitchen, bbq, spa or other parts of the house just treat the space like it is your own house, I’d like to keep my house in one piece :).

General other house policies/rules are inform me if guests are expected and I will do the same, don’t eat my meal preps lol(likewise to me if you do the same), and respect each other and each others personal space.

Hi my name’s Nathan, I’m a 24 year old who graduated from college about a year ago and working as a firmware engineer at the moment so I stay pretty busy most of the time. When I have free time I like watching/playing sports such as golfing/swimming/soccer (trying to get back into soccer) or playing video games or just watching a good movie/tv show when I’m feeling lazy.
