Look, living in Boulder is super expensive, especially if you’re a student who wants to be close to campus. That’s why I’m offering a “half room” at the Sterling Apartments in Boulder. It’s not even a 10-minute walk to the CU campus, has a large student population, and amenities like a pool and high-speed Internet, etc.
Room is very spacious, big enough for two, and there is a sizable divider so we both get our privacy. You’ll have plenty of closet space, and I’ve already payed for furniture, etc. in the common spaces.
Move-in is flexible, and you may even have the chance to sublet the entire room at the end of the year!
I’m a 23 year old student taking some pre-med courses at CU Boulder while working. Would ideally like to have another student, preferably roughly around my age, maybe even another bio-nerd, but really I’m open to anyone. There are also two data science graduate students living in the unit across. They aren’t at the apartment most of the time, but you may see them in the common space from time to time.
