• Upstairs is your room. Both current tenants are quiet working men. Male tenant preferred, adult only.
• The bathroom is shared among the three. Each tenant alternates cleaning the bathroom per month. If not, the person who was supposed to pays $20 to whoever does
• No pets, smokers or overnight guests
• A/C is 74°
• Driveway for 4 cars - make sure yours fits. No RVs allowed
