So we are looking for someone very low key. Rent will be $1,100 flat every month. Security deposit of $1,025 required on top of rent at move in.

So, you would be required to sign a roommate agreement and to place down a deposit ($1,025) and pay the first month’s rent ($1,100) at move in.

The rent will be a flat rate which would include rent, wifi and access to the 2nd and 3rd level of the house which includes den, dining room, sun room, kitchen, backyard, bedrooms and laundry room. Roommates share in the cost of utilities and it is already factored into the price of the rent.

Each Bedroom has its own SEPERATE PRIVATE BATH.

The bedrooms are unfurnished and just had brand new luxury vinyl installed.

Currently one tenant lives here. Seeking ONE roomie. I keep to myself and live in the basement. There are three floors on this house and I live on the bottom floor. The third floor will be YOUR area. The 2nd floor will be a shared space. This is where the kitchen, sunroom and den area are.
