Perry Lane

This is a three bedroom, two bath Rancher in a very peaceful neighborhood and a tv is already in the room. You have access to all other rooms in house (except the Master bedroom) including a gym in the basement.

Just me here, I’m a young at heart, love all kinds of music and have a music room for when I’m feeling inspired. The truth is that I spend more time out of the house than in it but when I’m there it would be great to have a compatible room mate who’s easy going but responsible.
