Hello Future Roomie!

My name is Frankie. I am looking for a roommate to join me and my very well behaved and loving dog (Golden Retriever / Ausie mix) in my clean relaxed and comfy home. I work and a full time Sports Medicine student. I usually go out for social gatherings (movies, karaoke, concerts). Depending on the weekend I’m in LA with my guy. Occasionally have a games night at my place but not a party home and always considerate of the frequency and timing and communicating with my roommate.

This is a 2 story building we are on the 2nd level. There are multiple pools and hot tubs on the property for use, one close by us from the front door. There is in-suite laundry and the apartment is fully (beautifully if I might say so myself) furnished besides your room. Spacious modern kitchen and multiple patios - one by our rooms and another off of the living room. We have air-conditioning which can lead to higher electric bills in the hotter months but is necessary in Palm Springs! I wish to share with someone who is also considerate, clean and can communicate effectively. Open to any gender / age / sexuality as I identify as a gay man and will get along best with people who are also open-minded.

Your room has a walk in closet, and you have a private bathroom with tub. You will have your name added to the lease so the place is legally equally both of ours (replacing my previous roommate). Your half the rent will be $1250. Deposit on the place in total was $2300 which I have put down. I realize half this amount may be difficult for some budgets so I am only asking my roommate to cover a deposit of $500 I am happy to help out for the right fit and responsible person to move in.
