About the room
Master bedroom with 3/4 bathroom (shower no tub). Large storage room in basement with plenty of open space. Washer, drier, dishwasher etc. all set up. Parking in garage (cars rotate turns in garage. 2 car garage). Air conditioning and heat work great. Very close to big and little cottonwood canyon and offers great access for outdoor activities. Easy access to freeway entrance/exit.
We are looking for one single roommate and not a couple. We have one dog and one cat but are not looking to have any more pets in the house. Rent can be paid by Venmo to our landlord if that is convenient for you.
About the roomies
There are 3 of us here now, all males aged 24, 29 and 30. All of us work full time. Two of us are brothers and all of us grew up in the area. We often watch sports/movies in main living room. Looking for another young professional around the same age who is willing to help keep the house clean. 6 month+ lease available.
(Security deposit would have to be discussed with our landlord and $325 is only what I would assume. Our landlord is very reasonable and wouldn’t expect more)
