Rent will be $800.00 which will include utilities and internet. There will also be a $500.00 security deposit.. This will be a month to month lease with a minimum of one months notice to vacate. House has 2.5 bathrooms. Very chill, non-smoking, musician/artist friendly environment. The common areas of the house are fully furnished to accommodate. During the pandemic, I built a complete pro recording studio which will be respectfully put to good use. Most of the recording will be done during the day while people are out of the house at work etc. If you plan on or are working remotely from home this place may or may not be a good fit for you. I’m looking for a chill, non smoking, responsible and respectful individual to join our humble community. The house also has a big back yard and a huge kitchen pantry area. Very clean and cozy living environment. Plenty of street or driveway parking. There is also a public pool that we have access to which I haven’t taken advantage of yet but plan on doing so this year. We are very close to Southpark Meadows with a new HEB and countless other stores. We are a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 3 minute drive from McKinney Falls Park which is also amazing.
