The room comes unfurnished, allowing you to bring your personal touch to your cozy haven.

Our home has been updated and gives off a modern farmhouse style, with a remodeled bathroom and kitchen. You’ll enjoy the convenience of having all utilities and Wi-Fi included in your monthly rent. For an additional $70 per month, you can opt for a monthly cleaning service to take the hassle out of cleaning your space while also helping keep the common areas pristine.

Please note that we cannot accept pets, but we do have our fair share of furry friends (dogs and cats) for you to fall in love with. You’re also welcome to have a guest over, whether it’s a significant other, close friend, or family member, as you please. If you want to have a small gathering or multiple people over just give us a heads-up and ensure reasonable hours.

Storage space is plentiful, with options in the garage and bathroom. Feel free to utilize our kitchen and appliances, with the understanding that respect for our belongings is key. You’re also welcome to enjoy our spacious backyard, but please be mindful of our privacy as it looks into our room.

Our neighborhood is a serene and friendly place to call home, where you can relax and unwind. Smoking is allowed outside, offering a comfortable environment for everyone. I am the owner of the home (F23) and I live here with my partner (M28) along with one roommate (F23).

To secure this inviting space, we’re asking for a monthly rent of $1,000, along with a $700 security deposit. We prefer a 6-month lease initially, with the option to transition to a month-to-month arrangement afterward. If you’re interested in a longer lease, we’re open to negotiating rent terms. We work and go to school. We all have different schedules. My schedule Is very flexible I work hybrid. My boyfriend works full time and commutes so is only home in the evening or morning. Our roommate works part time and goes to school full time.
