Private room available with shared bathroom in a nice home in a quiet and clean neighborhood in Clayton. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house is conveniently located within 15 minutes to White Oak shopping center and downtown Raleigh. The community offers several amenities including a pool, fitness center, walking trails, playground, and golf club access. Washer and dryer in home. A maximum of 2 pets allowed for an additional pet fee of $30 per pet/ month.
