Furnished room in the house come with private entrance and private bathroom. The room has a queen bed, dresser, small table, closet, and built-in drawers. The rental comes with a kitchenette (mini-fridge, kettle, hot plate, microwave, and toaster). There is free laundry on site. There are two kitties that live indoor/outdoor on the property. No pets please. Entrance to the basement is through the garage and down the back staircase. The bedroom is in a remodeled basement with an egress window. The basement is recently remodeled and very modern.

I live upstairs on the property with my two boys, ages 8 and 10, who live with me 50% of the time. Neighborhood kids come over to play during daytime (after school hours). Quiet times are 10 pm to 7 am.
