Kim's room

Nice clean home. A little dated. This room is a large room on the opposite end of the other rooms. Full bath only is shared when part time roommate is home. Large fenced yard. Free Wi-Fi but it’s not the greatest. (Fine for Netflix). Washer and dryer. Will ask for one third of the electric bill. Can remove the furniture if you want to bring your own. A pet would be considered on an individual basis only if it’s good with other animals.

A thirty year old man, marine vet who works evenings. Very quiet, polite and friendly. The other mature female roommate lives and works out of state. Only here randomly for short periods. Non smoking.
