The house is located in South Pasadena with very spacious living spaces, lots of windows, and 2 backyards (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) The house is furnished with central AC/Heat, in-unit washer/dryer, garage, and tons of free/no restrictions street parking. The bedroom is NOT furnished. The bathroom & shower is shared with a female roommate who lives downstairs.
About the roomies
I’m a hard working film industry professional. I travel for work quite frequently. I’ve lived in this space for 6 years and I’m looking for a great, friendly easy to get along with and super considerate roommate. The neighborhood is probably the best part, aside from the house.
