The house is located in South Pasadena with very spacious living spaces, lots of windows, and 2 backyards (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) The house is furnished with central AC/Heat, in-unit washer/dryer, garage, and tons of free/no restrictions street parking. The bedroom is NOT furnished as seen in photos. The bathroom & shower is shared with 1 roommate.
About the roomies
We are 2 working professionals. I travel for work quite frequently. We are looking for a great, friendly easy to get along with and super considerate roommate. Our neighborhood is probably the best part, aside from the house. Its located on top of a hill in a very safe and very quiet, suburban community. I go on daily walks in the area and there is so much nature, peace, and quiet all around. If you have any other questions, let me know!
