About the room
This is a 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom townhouse. I have a small room for rent. Wifi and utilities included. Preferably a working or traveling professional. I have a 2 year old but I work full time so we will be gone during the day. I do light cooking when I have the time and I’m happy to share any extras! Looking for someone responsible to pay rent on time: no drinking, no smoking, no drugs. Visitors are okay as long as it’s not constantly. Laundry facilities on site.
About the roomies
It’s just me and my 1 child! We are pretty chill. We like to cook, play with toys, and clean lol. Gone 4 days a week working 10 hour shifts.
