I’m searching for a women roommate (23-30 yo) for a room in a 2 BR apartment. The rent is $1175 per month (all included) + around $20 electric charges per person. She will have to take my place in a lease, starting on the 1st of October 2023 (or November 1st) until the end of April 2024.

The bedroom on the pictures will be yours. The room furniture will come as well for a price of 650$.

The deposit is one month and a half (1762,5$) and there is no broker fee.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are to share with a 23 yo young female and data scientist from France. The apartment is really cosy and well located.

There is a laundry in the basement of the house that you can use for free. You can also enjoy the garden. The area is really quiet and the house was renovated few months ago. You will only need 12 min to walk to Journal square Path Station.

It’s a smoke and pet free apartment. No parking spot is available in front of the house but street parking is possible in the area.

About the other roommate: she is really sociable, she likes play cello, practice yoga, go for a run and especially hike. She is away almost 2 weekends per month because she loves to visit the US. She likes to keep the apartment clean and tidy all the time. She’ll respect your privacy and the apartment is quiet on the evenings.
