Looking to rent a room in south San Jose to a single, quiet, neat, professional female who is drama-free. Room for rent $1500.00, utilities included. You can have use of the entire house and backyard. You will share a bathroom across the hall with an 8-year-old boy who is here 50% of the time. A background check and three references are a must.
