Hi! I’m Lauren & I currently live in a 3 bedroom end unit townhome and am looking for a roommate to share it with. You would have your own unfurnished room and private bathroom. The basement with a walkout to a peaceful backyard is also yours for living space and/or work from home set up. The basement has a 65“ smart TV mounted to the wall that would be yours to use. The kitchen, dining, laundry and storage room would be shared. There is a spare refrigerator in the basement and plenty of storage space for our extra things. You would need to be ok with cats and have no pets, I have 2 very friendly kitties. There is also a ring security system with a camera in front and back as well as sensors on the windows. The system is also connected to the smoke detectors. The neighborhood is quiet and right off 95, close to Huntington metro, Fairfax connector bus stop, minutes from Safeway, Wegmans, Whole Foods, old town, and the National harbor. There is one assigned parking spot and plenty of open spots right in front of the house. Move in date is slightly flexible.

I’m 33, am a former teacher and currently work for a global education company. I work from home and also travel from time to time for work. I enjoy running/exercising, traveling, quiet nights with friends/ game nights.
