Unit:

• Obviously you get your own bathroom, your room (and living room currently) is unfurnished

• No washer or dryer included, we could possibly rent those if need be. The complex has a laundryroom that i’ve been using (they only take coins though)

• It is a wheelchair accessible unit, so theres limited cabinet space in the kitchen and bathrooms

• We are on the upper floor levels, but we’re right next to elevator

Internet: $45 each

Power: $130 each

Water: wont get first water bill till end of Sept

• The complex is NOT 420 friendly unless you have a medical marijuana license

• I’m not a clean freak but I like to keep things tidy and presentable. So don’t be a pig.

• I don’t mind pets except dogs, (Sorry!)

Application:

• You have to pass a credit and criminal background check to sign!

-Rent is due on the 1st every month, so I’d like to get someone moved in by the end of Sept at the latest.

About me:

• Straight 26M Network Engineer. Huge nerd (how bout that dragoncon?), like gaming, anime, boardgames, Pathfinder. But I also like getting into new interesting things with friends or strangers. Since im remote I hate staying inside too much (its kinda hard not to with this heat though tbh). I like trying new alcohol when I can (one of the little markets here has a nice beer selection but like bar hopping too)
