I have 1 unfurnished/furnished private bedrooms available for rent in a Placentia 2bed/1 bath condo $900. 2 miles from cal state Fullerton. This bedroom will share the same bathroom with another female. You will have access to washer, dryer, common areas, community pool, backyard,and kitchen. I am looking for clean and respectful individuals who have full-time jobs or go to school full-time. Prefer female. Utilities included, free Wi-Fi, garage parking. First-month rent + 1-month security deposit required when moving in. If you prefer furnished it will come with a 55in tv, full size bed, desk, and chair if you prefer not furnished that can be arranged. No smoking, no pets, overnight stays may be allowed as long as it’s scheduled and I’m well aware of it.

Hello I live alone with my two yorkie. I’m very low key I work from home and sometimes on the field. I expect common areas to be cleaned up after. I don’t mind you cooking or using common areas. I am very down to earth and I try to understand the needs of everyone if you ever need the house to be quiet for testing or studying just tell me and I’ll make it happen for you. Im a very supportive person you can have the number of my last tenant for references. My dogs are my world I don’t expect you to take care of them just expect them to be treated well.
