One bedroom offered in a 4 bedroom, owner occupied location. Queen bed. Will include an HD tv, a small fridge, and a dresser. No other current tenants in the home, but possibly one additional tenant in the future. Property includes the following amenities: internet. Central air. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/freezer. Gated back yard and pet friendly (so long as we can get the pets to comingle). Quiet neighborhood less than 3 miles from Warminster station. Walking distance to grocery store and take out restaurants. Close to Wegmans and Costco. Ample parking. Extra storage in the basement (I suggest renter’s insurance in case of flooding of the basement, which is rare, but not impossible). Elliptical trainer in main family room. Walking treadmill in the office room. Tenant will have access to owner paid streaming channels in the main room (currently Netflix, Paramount Plus, Showtime, Starz, HBO, Motortrend, and Hulu). Rent discounts in exchange for pet care. Room is fully furnished and bathroom is partially shared. Full kitchen including small appliances. Main caveat is that entertaining may be limited due to dog reactivity. We can work it out if necessary. Tenant will pay room rent (minus dog care credit) plus 1/3 of gas/electric costs, and a portion (not to exceed half) of home costs such as toilet paper/paper towels/kleenex and similar sundries/dishwasher soap/washer and dryer soap. If another tenant is brought on, split will be re-negotiated.

The property is owner occupied. I’m a 40+ professional who works from home 3 days out of the week. I am responsible for two pit bull dogs; male and female. I’m looking for someone I can gel with for this vacancy. Ideally, this person could occasionally care for the two pups in exchange for a rental discount, if desired. Bathroom is shared. Room is spacious. Queen bed and furniture is included. Let me know if you need the sheets, pillows, and comforter for the bed; they are not included in the rent at this time, but we can talk. I’m interested in finding someone I can get along with and who shares my energy. I am 420 friendly though I don’t imbibe. The only reason I’m not cat friendly is because the dogs are not. Otherwise, cats would be welcome.
