Looking for 1 female roommate for a 3/2 house in Round Rock - available now on a month to month basis. You will have your own room & own bathroom. It will be furnished with a work set up and TV. It is required that we meet in person to have a tour & see if we click before agreeing to be roommates. I will request a background check to finalizing details. Overall, including you, it would be just the 2 of us. House is furnished and does have security cameras. This is great for traveling nurses, teachers, or anyone looking to stay short term to save money. House is in a cul de sac area, by exit 254(Old Settlers) and the distances listed below are the following:

• 1 minute from a park
• 4 mins from Gold’s Gym
• 5 mins from DT RR
• 20 from Domain & Q2
• less than 30 from Downtown Austin
• Both a Texas State and an ACC Round Rock campus are nearby.

Single occupancy only so no couples. I would like a female roommate who is a young working professional, no kids, & may consider small dogs depending how our pups get along. Must be someone responsible, willing to split house chores, & respectful of shared spaces (aka, cleans up after themselves).

I am 29 years old Latina and I work in DEI at a tech company. I have a senior chihuahua dog that likes to be lazy and keeps to himself like me. I am currently studying for the LSAT to go to law school. I am clean and keep to myself a lot but enjoy hanging out with friends. I am multilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, working on my ASL). I love going out to the Domain, checking out new places and free events. I go downtown for tacos and coffee runs any time I can. I’m looking for a roommate who can be a +1 for Austin FC games and would enjoy paddle boarding, concerts, festivals, and happy hour. I am hoping it is someone who is open to being friends & having the occasional friends’ night watching the Bachelorette or terrible cheesy movies.
