Property faces the mountain and the backyard faced a private entry to the park. Neighborhood is very quiet and house is clean and updated.

I am the owner and I work. I expect you to clean up after yourself, do not invite anyone over unless I approve, save on energy cost by shutting things off after use and you are responsible for buying your own food, drinks, amd hygiene products. I will provide a small night stand and lamp, and a blow up bed. You provide your own sheets and please take a shower if you are known to smell bad. No shoes on the carpet.
