Will do month-to-month, 3-month, or 6-month lease with 30 days notice prior to leaving before the next month’s rent is due. The house has 1 other roommate right now with 2 dogs & a cat. The room will be completely furnished before moving in, complete with a dresser and TV. No couples. Features huge backyard with patio space for yoga & a lime tree for fresh Moscow mules. All utilities included (water, internet, power, sewer).
