Ken's room

This is a 3br, 2 bath private house in a very quiet neighborhood in the Carrollwood area. There is a screened porch and a nice fenced back yard. The available bedroom is 9’x 9 1/2’ with a full closet, window and private bathroom. The kitchen, washer and dryer would be shared. There are 2 community pools and walking trails in the neighborhood. Absolutely no cigarette smoking or rude drunkenness allowed. My current lease expires in April 2024, but I intend to renew it. You would be welcome to stay beyond April if you wanted. I have been here for 5 years so far. I will upload pictures of the room when I clear it out. It is currently being used for my office. I am moving the office to the back bedroom. No couples, please.

I am a 61 y/o professional man. I have 3 small dogs (15lbs each), so you must be dog friendly. They are very friendly. 2 are Chinese Crested Hairless and 1 is a Chiweenie. I work 7-4 M-F but I usually come home at noon and work from home for the rest of the day. I prefer a female roommate mainly because my dogs are used to a woman living here. (my fiancee recently passed away from cancer, which is why I need a room mate), but I am open to the right male. I am not looking for anything more than a room mate. I am very respectful, neat, friendly, quiet and keep mostly to myself. I can cook, clean and do laundry.
