Near Fair Oaks and Leon Springs and in between Boerne and San Antonio is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a spare room to rent that includes a washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water filtration and water softener. Iām looking for someone stable to potentially stay a couple years and if everything works out I will lower rent to $770 after the first 6 months and $740 after the first year.
