Renting out the second room in a 2/2 apartment in downtown Abacoa. Property is the Sophia of Abacoa. Price includes rent. Internet, sewer, water and electric is additional (usually around $250-300 a month, so about $150 each after split). Laundry in unit, parking, beautiful pool, gym, community center with pool table, dog park, valet trash and other perks on property. You would have a spacious bedroom and connected bathroom. Must be able to qualify to co-sign on the lease with the apartment property.

I am a very quiet and clean 28 year female, relocated from NY in August and current roommate is relocating 4/15 so we’re looking to sublease ASAP!!! Ideally, I would like a well put together female who is also clean and outgoing! I am allergic to cats and dogs so unfortunately, I cannot allow them. Non-smokers preferred. Currently open for viewing the apartment upon discussion!
