I have a bedroom/guest bathroom available in a small, quiet subdivision. Home is only a few minutes from I35, Fisher Park, and downtown New Braunfels. Huge backyard, and a patio area with firepit. Excited to landscape this spring! Laundry and Kitchen available for use.

I’m an active 51 yr old with a cat and old dog. She’s quiet and very gentle. If you don’t care for fur babies, my home is not a good fit. I’m a young soul whose passions include hiking & anything outdoors. I love sports, music, singing, and movies. And misplace my cell phone daily. I can’t have negative personalities or those who continually complain, overly depressed, bitter, angry, or overly political, etc in my space. I don’t smoke, usually only socially drink but sometimes enjoy a glass of wine. I dance around house, sing often…quietly. I’m very busy during the day so tend to relax most evenings with movies or my latest binge or talking on the phone. I’m not a cook, and I try to eat organically and healthy most of the time. Weekends not so much. I get up early to exercise and stretch in my office before work. My common spaces must stay relatively clean for my sanity. I will respect you and your space. I expect the same in return. If we can laugh occasionally together, great. If not, that’s ok too. Happy home, happy life. :)
