Private room in the basement with ensuite bathroom and living area partially furnished. The kitchen is on the main level, which would be shared. The laundry room is in the basement and is also shared.

The application fee is $40, and a standard Virginia Lease will be generated for the agreed terms.

Cats will not be considered. Dogs will be considered at an additional monthly cost and an additional deposit amount. A dog door with access to the backyard is available for convenience.

Additional roommates not considered, only looking for a +1 roomate.

1 year, Short-term, and month-to-month leases considered.

Tenants will be required to maintain adequate cleanliness and take care of any of the landlord’s kitchen supplies.

Only one roommate which would be me, the owner. I’m laid back and keep to myself for the most part. Very into playing all kinds of sports and work from home most of the time.
