Downstairs has kitchen (w/ dishwasher), half bath, dining room and large living room. 2 bedrooms upstairs with shared full bath. Hardwood floors throughout. 2 laundry rooms on property. Parking available nearby at additional cost (currently on waitlist for 2nd spot which would be on the property and free of charge when available).

Must like animals. I have 1 senior cat - very quiet and keeps to herself.

Rent includes utilities, cable, and internet. Can use queen bed, desk and bookshelf (as shown in image) if desired.
