Pasha's room

The room has vinyl floors, furnished with queen size bed two nightstands and a built-in closet. The kitchen and dinning room are very spacious. The refrigerator is divided into three selves, one for each roommates. The living room has a small TV, a coffee table and a couch. Has an alarm system, doorbell camera, an outdoor camera and an indoor common area camera. The water bill is also included with the rent. Other utilities will be split amongst roommates.

I will only be accepting 2 female roommates. I am in my 30’s, I am a financial professional and works a part-time job, goes to the gym and goes to church on Sundays. I am soft spoken, very considerate and respectful of other people’s space and privacy.
