Hello! A basment room just opened up in our 3BR/2BA 1,595ft2 Townhouse near Coal Mine/Kipling (Dutch Ridge) in Littleton, CO.

This is a 3-level townhouse, 2BR upstairs, 1BR in basement. Only one occupant, please, and we are looking for a female roommate only. No pets please, I have a well trained German Shephered but only 1 pet is allowed. The available room is in the basement and has a private bathroom. Deposit is $700. Wifi and utilities are split 3 ways each month. Wifi is $30 for each roommate each month. Utilities will vary each month.Please let me know if you’re interested! :)

Hi! We are looking for a female roommate for our unoccupied basement room. It also has its own bathroom. Some about us, we are pretty laid back and mostly home bodies. I have a well trained German Shephered who LOVES people and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. We keep the kitchen and common living area clean and I vacuum often since she sheds. We don’t mind having people over or having parties as long as you’re respectful and considerate of all the tenants. There’s 2 of us, both of us live in the 2 rooms upstairs.
