About the room
I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s half of the lease October 5th. Apartment is 875 sq ft, room is a standard 10x10.
It’s a private room in a with a shared bathroom, in a bangin’ location. Walking distance to East Lake Marta Station, Candler Park. Biking distance to downtown decatur, little five points, and the beltline.
On-site parking, a small balcony with a garden (feel free to throw your plants in the mix!).
There are also two very sweet, human-loving cats that live here (that I count as a perk).
About the roomies
I’m a teacher who loves to create - music, drawings, clay things, short films - and loves to meet new people.
Big fan of horror flicks, pour-over coffee, sake, and new places to eat. Also a fan of clean apartments (and work tirelessly to keep it that way).
