There is a pet fee of 75 dollars if you have one, 2 pets per fee(cat dog) once you contact me and are serious about it, we can talk more details.

Please already have a job and a car and be ready to pay rent. NO drunks, NO hard core drug users, NO FELONS! 19-35yrs preferred, student or person who plays pc or something as well. Clean and responsible with me and other roommate.

There is a dog and a cat here, the dog is a Great Pyrenees NOT fixed(pure breed). He does not attack others, or other dogs or cats. please be sure that your animal is trained. That being house trained and not a threat to my animals. they will be seeing each other daily.
