21st Avenue Southwest

This is a 2 bedroom apartment, in which one of the roommates decided to move out. So, this room (with bathroom directly across the hall) has become available for whenever someone is ready to move in. The new tenant will simply be taking over this person’s portion of the lease until the lease is up in April 2024. At this point, I will be finding another place to rent.

The only current occupants (since the recent move of one roommate) are myself and my older brother. My name is Isaiah, I am 25, and I love the Pacific Northwest as well as the great music that comes out of this area! While working I am also my brother’s caretaker. He is physically disabled due to 2 strokes that he had when he was just 30. Therefore, I am supporting him, but he also receives help from the government. We are both easy-going but very clean individuals, so no need to worry about clutter or an unclean home. I just need someone to take over one-third the price of rent+utilities (the full bill for all occupants is usually about $2,000 a month).
