Hello, my girlfriend and I are renting out one of our spare bedrooms. This is a two-story home with a beautiful backyard in this home. You will have access to all amenities washer and dryer, living spaces, kitchen backyard, and our community pool. This home is a couple minutes from pechanga casino and about 5 to 10 minutes from Temecula Parkway freeway all utilities are included, but electric not included if you have any questions, feel free to ask or any concerns. Thank you. If you’re a student, or someone with free time in through the day we are interested in reducing rent by a lot for childcare, we also are in a program that will pay for childcare.
