About the room
This is a room at “The Ridge at Clear Creak Village” apartment complex. I am planning on moving back home and need someone to take over my lease. I currently have two roommates both are male who attend NAU. This apartment is a block away from NAU. I also have the biggest room in the apartment with a walk in closet and small storage closet. The common areas include a furnished living room, laundry room and shared bathroom. The rent is normally $910 but I’m willing to pay the renter the difference ($200) a month to take over my current lease. The lease is up 7/31/24. If you need to stay longer you would need to renew with the apartment complex on their terms. You do not have to be a student to rent here.
About the roomies
Two males who are best friends. Both are super friendly and respectful. We all have our own separate lease for students.
