Furnished 1 bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4 bedroom house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in an excellent location. Availability dates: now until December 31st, 2023. Use of kitchen, living room, in-house laundry, patio, 300 Mbps internet, electricity, and gas are included. 5-minute walk to pools, parks, and tennis courts. 15-minute walk to UCI campus (approximate location is Angelou and Turing Streets). Room has a comfortable full-size bed, working desks, a work chair, and partial closet space. Street parking is available. There are pets (kitten, lizard, and fish) that you are requested to look after while residents are away.

Other residents are two working professionals and a child. They will be away for about half of the rental term. No other residents will be in the house other than you.
