Three women occupy the home, we are looking for another woman within the ages of 25-35. It is a very quiet household, friendly but reserved. Everyone is tidy and respectful. Washer and Dryer in the basement along with storage space. There is two living rooms and plenty of space to feel comfy.
Utilities run from $150-200 per month. No additional fees for parking. The neighborhood is family oriented and quiet. Plenty of grocery storages and restaurants near by but a car would be ideal for this area.
20 mins away from UMD main campus 15 mins away from the Fillmore Silver Spring 10 mins away from Glenmont Metro Station 5 mins from the nearest target on Cherry Hill Rd.
