Hello! We are currently three women living together in San Pedro looking to fill our regular sized bedroom. I am 25 years old, and my roomates are as well! We are looking for someone our age.
There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one in the hallway, and a private one in the master bedroom that will only be for personal use of the renter of that room. The other three roommates will take care of, and share the bathroom in the hallway. We ask out of courtesy that the roommate in the master bedroom only use their bathroom out of consideration for the three people that use the one. We have a washer and dryer, kitchen, with a stove, microwave, garbage disposal, and a fridge that we all share, although it’s not very big. We share all the cabinets in the kitchen, and just keep track of whos stuff is whos. Spacious living room. Dining room. We share all the cabinets. We are looking for someone we can befriend, and have apart of our home who is easy going, friendly, hardworking, COMMUNICATIVE, considerate, and someone who cleans up after themselves, but will also help us maintain the home as a whole. We work together to keep the apartment together and clean. Once you move in you will be added to a group chat where we can communicate with each other, where we will divy up the bills accordingly, and split them between each other each month.
Once we fill the room, we will all sign a one year lease together.

I work, and go to school for cosmo, and my roommate Michelle works the graveyard shift processing paperwork for a doctor. Kiki works as an assistant so her days are morning/afternoon. We all are usually home and different times. we are also looking for someone who can respect that Michelle sleeps in the day time. Normally, a day in our home is very calm, and quiet. Everyone does their own things and coexist. We do not mind having guests in the home as long as you let everyone know, and as long as they are respectful and clean, but would appreciate if it was kept to a minimum.
