About the room
My home is a single family house. it’s quite big (2650 sqft) and a single story. I’m looking for roommates with the right people … meaning we get along. Currently just two girls and looking for 2 more to join.
Large bedroom with private bath This room: Approx. 12*14 ft = approx 168sqft PLUS closet Newly renovated private Bathroom is in the bedroom.
Kitchen has a 10ft island. Shared amongst us. You’re welcome to use any of my kitchenware. Do clean up after yourself. We have a dishwasher :) Gas ovens, stainless steel appliances.
Washer/Dryer hookup is in the garage and you are welcome to use it anytime.
We share the utilities so if you turn on the AC everyday… that’s a bigger expense for everyone.
I have Wifi already installed with 3 Orbi routers throughout the house. My home is one story building and everything inside is well kept and pretty new.
