You will have the bigger bedroom, with large closet and your own private bathroom that has double vanity sink and a bathtub/shower. We have a shared balcony, and the living-room/kitchen is already furnished, but if you want to add your décor to the apartment to make the space feel like your own as well you are more than welcome! :) There is in unit washer and dryer, AC, as well as a wood burning fire place. The lease I signed was 15 months at the end of May, so the lease you will be entering (if you decide) will end in late August. My current roommate still has her things in the room so I provided the Apartment images of your bedroom, this unit is not updated so your bathroom will look like the main apartment bathroom in the picture provided by me. Current roommate will be gone beginning of October. I do not have any pets, but am open to pets.

As a college student balancing a full-time job, I’m often not at home. I take pride in maintaining a clean living space and prefer to keep the apartment tidy. I am relaxed when it comes to have people over, as long as everyone respects the space/furniture. On my free time I enjoy cooking, hiking, or having game nights with friends! I have lots of plants, but if you are also a plant lover, the more the merrier :)
