Large room with closet with three windows, giving room plenty of light. Bathroom separated from bedroom but will be renters own bathroom. Everything is fully furnished except the bed room, kitchen, living room, etc. Neighborhood house with only one immediate neighbor, open lot on other side that acts as common area. Full clubhouse amenities include gym, pool, walking trails, movie theater, playgrounds, kayaking on lake. Renter will be expected to pitch in for house chores, cleaning up after themselves, dishes, trash, vacuuming etc.

31 yo male. Single. Works from home, owns own business. Coach for Gainesville and Georgia All-Star rugby team. Likes: Travel, movies, books, bourbon, sushi, snowboarding. Very easy to get along with, laid back and likes to laugh. Would prefer no pets, although each situation is different.
