Hi all! I know this is a bit early but my roommate will be moving in with her boyfriend at the end of our lease, so I will have a room available in a 2 BR 2 Bath in a luxury building in uptown Hoboken starting January 1 (can be a few weeks earlier).

About the unit:

• Large king or queen sized bedrooms with room for desks, dressers, end tables, etc
• Large closets in each bedroom + 2 extra closets in living room, coat closet in entryway, and linen closet
• In unit washer & dryer
• Stainless steel appliances (dish washer)

About the apartment complex:

• Elevator and doorman building
• Amenities include gym, 2 pools, office/conference areas, club house, shuttle to and from path Rent (per person): $2500 - $2800 depending on renewal and room (not including utilities). I am currently in the smaller room so happy to stay here or move to other room depending on your preference. Utilities: electricity + internet Amenity fee: $750 / year split between us Deposit: $750 paid to my roommate who is moving out

My name is Gianna and I am 29 years old. I have lived in Hoboken for over 6 years and love it. I have a hybrid work schedule where I work in the office 2 days a week.
