This is a thoughtfully fully furnished, remodeled water tower house on a country property for one person without a pet. Purposely left rustic to retain its charm. New mattress and linens. Three stories. First floor is kitchen, bathroom and eating area. Second floor is bedroom with closet and tiny, outside deck with two chairs and table. Third-floor, accessed by a ladder/ stairs, is living room with an additional closet. Private entrance separated from main house. Always lit for safe return from work at any time. Pets are on property but tennant pets not available. Sorry. Parking for one standard vehicle. Prunedale is easy access to Salinas, Monterey, Gilroy, Watsonville, Santa Cruz.
