Apartment has large open family and kitchen area with bar top seating. Tons of windows for natural light! Fully covered patio area is also extremely spacious with a great field view one direction and the Flat Irons the direction.
In unit washer/dryer, A/C blows great, and kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher as well as plenty of pantry space. Unit also has a detached storage area directly across the hall from the front door that is included in the rent and available for use!
