Very nice master bedroom for rent. It comes unfurnished but is very spacious. I have a nightstand and a tv if you’d like to borrow one. The room includes a walk-in closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower. This includes new sinks and toilet as well. You’ll have access to park in the driveway and will also have direct access to the screened patio from the room.

The house is located in a safe neighborhood within the Hunter’s Creek area (one of the best suburbs in Orlando). Conveniently located 20 minutes from Disney, 15 to Universal/SeaWorld/Airport and 25 min from downtown. Target and Walmart are 7 minutes away.

I’m looking for a roommate who is easy going, clean, respectful and responsible. I’m renting the room out to one person, so please no families or couples.

I’m currently the only person living in the house. I’m a male in my early 30’s. I’m down to Earth and easy going. I like to keep things maintained and clean throughout the house. I also like to keep things chill in the house, drama-free.

In my spare time I like to watch movies/tv shows/anime, play video games, and play music (guitar/bass/synth/Ableton).
