Nicole's room

We have a unfurnished 1 BR 1 BA basement apartment for rent. All utilities are included (water, trash, electric, gas, & internet). The entrance is shared through our garage, however the basement door has it’s own lock for your privacy. Full kitchen in unit=sink, oven, stove, refrigerator. Fenced in backyard so pets are negotiable (we have one cat and one medium sized dog). Parking on quiet street in subdivision right in front of the house.

We are a family of 4. We have two adolescent boys who attend school nearby. We both work from home 3-4 days/week. We are 420 friendly and generally easy going. We enjoy all the typical Colorado activities such as hiking, rafting, skiing, camping, etc.
