House is on a main road. Has carport with three spots (one will be yours). Huge green backyard, beautiful front yard. Main level has living room, kitchen, half bath, and the master bedroom. 2nd floor has bathroom and two rooms (one which will be yours). Downstairs basement is finished with a hangout/living area with tv/video games, also has bar with tv. One room is also located at the bottom level. Utilities not included, on average it’s been around $80 per person.

Okay so it’s really important that we connect on some type of level and have decent vibes when we meet. Living with strangers can be a scary/stressful thing. Communication is key, anything I can do to help your experience become better is important for me.

I live downstairs in one of the finished basement rooms. I also have two friends who I’ve known for 10 plus years that rent rooms as well. One is male and one is female, age range between us is 28-35. One lives on main level and the other upstairs. They’re both really clean and we keep things tidy. I also have 4 surveillance cameras, front door, back door, main living room, 2nd living room downstairs. I allow access to the cameras to all roommates you just need the Blink App. Safety and trust within the house is a must and I want you to feel safe, also good to get camera alerts for your packages or if guests come but your not home. This is not a party household, although we do have fun we also respect each other’s boundaries. I would like someone close to our age range but it’s okay if not. 420 friendly, I smoke very rarely, not my thing, but one of my roommates enjoy it and we don’t mind as long as it’s not stinking up the house. I do have a small dog named Jessie who is a old senior pup I adopted a year ago. He’s great with people and has a doggy door so he goes in and out. He will not have access to your room nor will he bother you. Having company and friends over is great, always welcomed, but having someone over every night for more than 3 continuous days is not. I do not want your boyfriend or girlfriend over here every night, we are adults so I hope your dating an adult and they have a place of their own so you guys can switch back and forth if you must be together every day. If your at work your company should not be at the house lingering. We all work jobs, my last room mate would leave his girlfriend here and no one would be home not even him, she would be here all day and leave for a hour just to come back and spend another night. That’s a big no no, let’s get to know each other first, then build trust and take it from there!
